"I bought this new Hotpoint fridge freezer as a replacement as I can’t remember when I bought the last one and it needed upgraded still worked. They have changed the layout inside and it is about 8inches shorter than the last one but if this one is a patch on the last one I’ll be a very happy Hotpoint customer have been for 40years and never disappointed yet, keep up the good work."

"This fridge freezer looks good, runs quietly, and is very roomy. The door accommodates plenty of tall bottles and has a handy sliding divider. The shelves are height adjustable and the pull out drawer that opens its door automatically gets an ooh of pure joy. Very well constructed, efficient and good looking."

"This is a replacement for our previous fridge - freezer, also a Hotpoint. We found having a bottle rack to be really useful. This model does not have that facility, but in many ways it is a better fridge. The temperature controls are really useful and the fridge gives the impression of being very spacious.
The freezer looks spacious, but both the top and bottom shelves seem very narrow, they have to be pulled right out in order to more easily insert some boxes. The drawers are deep and wider than you might think at first glance.
Another plus is the 'door open alarm' if the fridge door is left open for a couple of minutes, the light flashes and an alarm pings to draw your attention to it. Nice touch.
Looking forward to a long association with this appliance."
