"I am very pleased with the fridge freezer but we have great difficulty changing the door round to the other side. There were also bits missing. We have done this previously a few times and never had a problem. An engineer came out to do it in the end and even he said it wasn't easy."

If was chosen, ordered and paid for within 20 minutes. On delivery day we were given a 2 hour window, it came exactly half way through the window.
It is a great fridge freezer, loads of room, clear instructions and the temperature was perfect.
