"The oven is fantastic, looks good I have baked and roasted with it and no mishaps. The only thing that I found frustrating was that it only had one rack and as I like to bake I had to buy additional racks."

"I went for this oven as I thought you get what you pay for and the Samsung brand is considered to be of a good quality.
The oven only came with 1 tray and your expected to pay for a another. This wasn't mentioned in the description and with a 4 person household to prepare meals for, it seems poor service that you need to pay for another.
I expected more from a Samsung product considering the price charged."
