There was an issue with the oven light as the bulb had failed either during manufacturing or during shipping. I’m really impressed how pain free the AO and Samsung customer services process was, AO did everything on my behalf and it took five minutes on the phone to arrange. I was asked if i wanted an engineer to replace it, i offered for them to ship the part and it arrived two days later! Five stars!"
"Overall a great product, gets to temperature quickly especially using the fast pre heat setting. All meals have been evenly cooked so far. Simple design and features looks smart in kitchen. Two issues I found. Firstly the oven is only supplied with one rack and no grill rack for the tray had to use the one from my old oven. Also the glass gets hot which I find a concern with having a little one in the house would it to be better insulated to prevent heat transfer to outer glass pane. "
