"This microwave is lovely looking, has a great child lock and easy to keep clean. The only downside for me is that I don't feel its very powerful for an 800 watt. Our old microwave was 800watt and we could heat a tin of soup in 3 minutes but with this one it takes at least 3.5 minutes sometimes 4. Apart from that it's really nice. "
