"The only reason the product has been rated 4 stars is because we were under the impression the freezer door could be swapped round (from right side to left) - and we paid AO to do this for us at the point of delivery. However, AO were unable to do this for us, purely because the freezer was missing the relevant holes (for the hinge fittings) on the left side. This was a Sharp (manufacturing) issue, and nothing to do with AO (who immediately reimbursed us the fee we had paid for the door swap). We've only had the freezer a week or so, but so far it seems to be working very efficiently and we like the internal ice cube maker/dispenser. "

Energy efficient, large capacity and not too expensive in comparison to others. The Ice dispenser was a nice addition.
