"The touch sensitive controls do not work if you have wet hands. You need to dry your hands before attempting to turn this machine on, select the programme and press start. Who has dry hands after loading a dishwasher? This unit replaced a Neff with touch controls that worked with wet hands. Other than that it cleans and drys well but overall disappointing and infuriating given the control issue."

"We bought this dishwasher based on the good reviews, having used the dishwasher I'm very surprised.
The top basket height is not adjustable and sits far too low in the dishwasher - this means it's impossible to put large plates in the lower basket. Even when we put our normal sized plates in the lower basket they prevent the top impeller from spinning, which ruins whole cycle and everything comes out with soap suds and dirty marks.
This can be overcome by careful positioning of the plates on the lower basket, placing large plates flatside on the top basket (which takes up lots of room) and test spins of the top impeller to ensure its not blocked. . . But a dishwasher shouldn't require this much effort to use.
One final note, the programme keys are touch buttons - we've found we have to press really hard on the buttons for it to respond.
Steer clear and buy a different dishwasher!
