"Delivered as promised however Dishwasher does not wash. Just fills,releases tablet and empties out some 10 minutes later. Awaiting for engineer to visit. Also no door fixing kit supplied in the unit.
Will review rating when engineer has inspected."

"Our old dishwasher tripped the power and was found to be leaking from the tub and was this unrepairable and had performed well over 5 years. We looked at options with particular care over machines able to cope with larger plates. We decided upon the Beko DIS16R10 with the height adjustable to shelf as a suitable option. Delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were friendly and efficient.
The machine was fitted the following day and the first run carried out without issue. A load of crockery was then run through it and the recirculation pump didn't run. Looked at support from AO but found they referred me direct to Beko.
I called Beko and they arranged an engineer to attend a week later. Beko started there was a potential call out fee for the engineer if the machine was not faulty, these terms were not accepted but they still agreed to and the engineer.
Engineer arrived expecting to look at a water inlet issue, no idea why as I had explained careful the issue was the recirculation pump. The engineer confirmed my diagnosis and luckily had a replacement pump unit which was quickly swapped out restoring the machine to working.
The machine has been run daily since and is proving a good quick machine which I hope will last at least as long as the old machine. It runs quietly which is nice and send to clean more effectively than or old machines. I particularly like the twin smaller spray bars under the to shelf, we are able to put more items on the top shelf as a result. The machine runs very well with Finish Ultimate Infinity Shine.
