"I got rid of a perfectly good Zannusi Washing machine to install this washer dryer. So far i am not 100% convinced.
Washing: Washes well, its quiet on the first few wash cycles, but when it starts its spin cycle its very loud, no louder than my old machine but wasn't expecting this noise for a modern machine with a direct motor. I have also noticed a few colour runs which i didn't with my old machine. Not sure why as i'm still washing at 40 degrees like before.
Drying is where its not as good. The drying is very quiet, except when its emptying the condenser reservoir which is very loud again. When the drying is complete the clothes come out nice a dry, which is great, however there is LOTS of fluff stuck around the glass door window and there is always a pool of water that's built up in the rubber door seal, despite there being holes in it for drainage. I have read that this is 'normal' however it is very important to mop this water up after every use as otherwise it can cause mould, make the drum smell, and even start eating away at the door seal causing it to leak. I've checked the machine is level, so its not that causing it.
The machine does look great though, very sleek and modern design. Its very easy to use also, however the soap/softener tray feels quite cheap and flimsy, but should be fine as long as your not too rough with it.
If i were to go back in time i would probably just stick with my old Washine Machine and dry my clothes normally, as many of my clothes are not allowed to be tumble dried anyway. (Already shrunk plenty of my boxers and socks!!)"

"I was apprehensive about the idea of a washer dryer but after lots of research chose this machine based on reviews and price comparison and I'd never go back to having two appliances! It took a couple of loads to get used to the different washing and drying settings but once I figured it out it works great, I put a load in in the morning and delay the start time so that its washed and dried by the time I get in from work! Extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone who is unsure on washer dryers!"
