"Had to send back as within a week the touch screen became detached on one side, and was pushed back into the machine. Before that happened it seemed OK although many settings / combinations of functions didn't seem to work. Not sure if that was down to the faulty touch screen, user error or just too many settings available. Customer service from ao was 5*, amazing."

"Recently purchased - in November 2020 to replace a well used, previous machine. Installation was easy, just position in the space that you want the appliance and "plug and play". Straightforward and easy enough to use. Water container has been designed to give the user easy access for removal and emptying. Nice touch that even when it finishes the cycle it has an interval timer that continues to tumble the contents to minimise creasing until the machine is switched off. Not used the wi-fi facility yet but may experiment later."
