"Nice condensed drier. Easy to remove and empty water container and filters, as both are in the door. Instructions on how to use were non existent, but hasn't stopped me using it or being pleased with results. Not as quiet as i was expecting and does make utility room very humid, but overall, pleased with purchase. "

"great tumble dryer - luckily I didn't buy it for the flashy conductivity to your phone as it simply doesn't work with an iPhone.
I appreciate its an up and coming phone without much market share but still........."

"From a distance the machine looks great. The plastic pull down front is pretty flimsy, and I am sure that this will break at some point. The instructions are poor for the complexity of the machine. I cannot figure out how to turn the beep off when setting up the machine, so that is annoying when trying to figure out the instructions. There are also details how to fix this to an outlet, however the instructions are wrong, which I spoke to Hoover about. They also advised to take out insurance incase the door brakes accidentally (which also concerns me).The price was ok, as I place this higher in quality than my previous Hotpoint (which was a replacement recall product which then packed up). I hope that this machine turns out better than Hotpoint."
