"The touch screen element of the buttons is quite temperamental and sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t.
Is easy to empty the water, quiet machine. Works well - when it turns on!
Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fault with the buttons. "
"If this had 0 stars I would leave that! Took hours and hours (6+) to dry one load. Repaired under warranty, further issues started happening when warranty run out. AO passed me to Hoover, Hoover didn't want to know referred me back to AO. The parts are free but the engineer cost is extortionate (more than half the cost of the machine itself!) And if you just take parts it voids the remaining warranty. Luckily after a lot of back and forth, an engineer coming out and writing the machine off (sensor was broken again, units warped becuase of excessive heat, overheating and leaving the wet clothes smelling burned, water tank leaking water all over the floor, bearings in drum went at 13 months old... List is endless. After speaking to consumer advice etc a lovely chap called Justin from AO helped me. I have since replaced the machine with a Hotpoint which actually dries clothes! Avoid this machine - I will never buy a Hoover/candy again. "
"All round decent tumble dryer, although it doesn’t seem to stop when it should. One of the cycles says it will stop when some of the items are dry so they can be taken out but doesn’t seem to stop. Also there is no temperature gauge to know exactly what temperature it’s at. "
"Looks great and dries clothes well. Lots of settings so
Make sure you GT the right one. A bit noisier than I hoped but for the money it’s fine."
"Lovely tumble dryer, easy to use, good drying results, pricey but worth it"
