"Well, it looks great and makes a reasonable job of drying the clothes but I am unimpressed with the touch controls which don't seem too responsive...usually have to press the Start a few times to respond. The main issue however is that it is noisy. I called Hoover support on the first use because of the noise.....They said " does it sound like there is a pair of trainers in it?" Yes, i said gratefully, as I was finding difficulty in describing the noise. Hoover assured me that this was normal and would go after a few uses. Well, it has had its few uses now and is still just as noisy so I will be calling them back to investigate."
"Got this in March, now slung it out! Was good to start with until the panel pushed in in one corner, had to replace the water tank 3 times as they dropped when removed to empty the water. Granted that isn’t manufacturers fault for being dropped. Very disappointed with that side of the design, so much so I didn’t even want to get it fixed anymore or replaced, now gone back to a pull out drawer design!"

When I first used it, I thought I may need a degree but it’s not that difficult although I’ve not used the app for it.
It seems to adjust the time according to the weight of the load, it may not but it seems quicker then the time it states on the clock.
Love the door water collection. Very easy to empty. Someone else stated the door was always steamed up but the water is being collected, so it could look that way.
