"First time buyer with ao and really impressed from time i ordered it to delivery time.
Customer service was fantastic and kept up to date through a call from customer service girl who adiced me what would happen on delivery day.
Even took out extra insurance through her.
Very easy to trac delivery and arrived when it stated.
Delivery guys were very helpful to.
Tumble dryer is excellent to wife really pleased with it.
Will definitely be buying goods in future from ao.com and hage already recommended them to family and friends "

"We'd already fallen in live with our Candy Rapido 9kg washer so was looking for a larger size tumble dryer. Unfortunately it seems Candy haven't released a matching dryer to their washer so we settled for the Grand O'Vita 10kg. Needn't have worried it looks great, has a huge drum and super quick. "

"Having just got rid of our 21year old hoover washer I suppose any new machine would seem miles better. But this really is a good machine. Only criticism....the filter drain plug can't be emptied without flooding your floor so keep an old towel handy. "
