"To look at the machine is a lovely graphite colour, I like the viewing window as opposed to my previous machine which had no glass. Easy to operate dials with smart touch option. Super large drying drum which is great for towels and duvet covers. The only difficulty I have is opening the bottom flip out tray to retrieve the water reservoir. All things said, a super machine. "
