"Great drier lots of functions, but not as easy to use as I thought. Having already got the washing machine equivalent that I control with the app on my phone, I thought this drier would be ideal as you can also select programmes from the app. Apart from the same app will load the tumble drier onto it..but to use smart touch and select the programmes is not compatible with my iPhone. Even though the washing machine is! Very frustrating and is an entire feature of our new appliance that we cannot use. Drier itself is great."

"Very pleased with this purchase from AO. I bought my washing machine last year with just the same ease and reliability. This product is very easy to use, install and remove the water and fuzz after every use. Drying time is actually the drying time, not add on another couple of hours! Very impressed. "

"Ordered in October and all was ok until 2 weeks ago. Yes the kick plate feels flimsy and will no doubt break in time but that is minor in comparison to the breakdown I have now. After faultless drying for 3 months I had error code E21 appear. We made a call to Candy and they to be fair sent an engineer out the next day. He came and ‘repaired’ the machine. What he actually did was reprogram the machine and trip it back in. Appears it was overheating but he couldn’t be sure. The next day we dried one load, upon doing the 2nd the same error came up. So we called them out again, advised them an afternoon appointment wouldn’t work so they arranged it anyway. Called them back to rearrange for the Monday, they told me that wasn’t possible and that earliest would be the Tuesday (today). So I sat waiting after taking a 2nd day off work to receive no text advising of time of arrival. Called them to find that although the job was on the system for today that the engineer couldn’t come as it wasn’t his day for my area. Candy booked it but it’s not their fault obviously. They now tell me the earliest is now next Monday and another all day appointment to ‘repair’. They also tell me apparently I’m overloading the dryer despite it being an 8kg machine and that you have to leave it 30 minutes between drying cycles. Looking at the handbook there is no mention of leaving it to cool down and that it allegedly (page 3) good for use in households such as hotels, motels and other residential environments including b&b. We are a 2 person household and it can’t cope!
Service from AO is absolutely fine and this is no reflection on them but the machine and the customer service from Candy is shambolic and that is being polite.
Avoid this machine and avoid Candy!"

"The service we received for our first order was first class. They stayed in contact to advice of delivery through the whole process. The delivery men brought in the new tumble dryer and took away our old one free of charge as it was our first order. The tumble drier it’s self is fab and have no complaints. "
