"Eagerly awaited delivery of my new tumble dryer having had my last one for 18 years. Sadly it was a disappointing product in that we have found it very noisy. It generates a thumping noise continuously which reverberates throughout the house. Whilst it dries efficiently the noise issue rather detracts from the overall performance."

"From placing my order with AO.com to having the dryer delivered I have been very pleased with the service. The dryer looks great and is very easy to use. I have not set up the smart app yet on my phone. Drum is large and clothes come out crease free. Very happy with the serviced and product."
"This product was faulty upon delivery. Unfortunately I did not ask them to install it upon delivery otherwise they would have also found the fault. Trying to get hold of ao afterwards has been a nightmare. Trying to get an engineer out has also been a nightmare and no one is available until the middle of next month. Which is unacceptable considering this is a brand new product"
