"I've had the machine a little over a week and whilst the build, look and overall usability of the machine is good, the drying ability is just awful. I don't know if it is related to the fact that it is a heat pump dryer or not but it takes well over 3 and a half hours to dry one load of washing and even then it still has a slight damp feel to it so I end up putting it on for a further hour! Really not impressed and wish I could change it :-( "

"It's overall a great dryer. Easy to use, quick to change the filter + empty the water. The AquaVision feature which means the water tank is visible through the door is great as you can very quickly see how much water is in the tank and if you need to change it. It's also quick and simple to remove. My only (very slight) concern is that it's a touch noisy, but this is really not a big deal for me as the dryer is in the utility room. This may be more of a concern if you plan to have it in the kitchen for example. Overall, great product and really good value for money for a 9kg machine."
