"Only had it for a week, buy it's hardly been off!
We didn't have a dryer before as I was always worried about the power consumption, I specifically chose this one because of its A++ rating. I suppose only time will tell on that one. It's large capacity is very handy for us, (A family of 4) . There are litres of different settings. Some people have said it's too complicated, but the instructions are pretty easy to follow. I haven't bothered with the app to connect to my phone though(!?) I think jys quite noisy, but not excessive, its in our utility room, so this isn't an issue for us.
Overall I'm really happy with the dryer and would recommend to others. "

"It seems a really good item the water empty tray is as convenient as you could ever possibly hope for, the filters also easy to clean and it runs pretty quietly. The only thing stopping this from a perfect 5 was than with alot of tumble dryers you just choose your heat and choose the time you want and go. This one if you select a mode the timer comes on with what it predicts but did not find it easy to change right away so does involve reading through the instruction books at first but overall a great product"

"In a household of 6 a dryer becomes essential. We have used the dryer at least twice a day since we received it. It's easy to use and a lot quieter than our previous dryers. We've not had 9kg in yet so can't comment on the "drying time" when it's full, but we love it !!!"

"Noisy beeps for no reason whenever you do anything.
Unresponsive touch controls.
User manual is next to unreadable as it makes hardly any sense, its clearly a poorly translated document with no proof reading.
Settings either give you the impression its going to dry your clothes in nearly 4 hours or its 'finished' in 30 mins.
Over complex for a basic appliance.
The smartphone app is utterly useless as you can't create a login. I wouldn't buy again."
