"Takes a bit of getting used to. Had to look for instructions on Youtube as the instructions given were Not clear! Drying time is quite a bit longer than my old tumble dryer but not concerned - just have to factor time in now.
Room needs to be fairly warmish as it needs hot air to work efficiently.
Very quiet. Looks great."

"Delivered later than expected but all packaging taken away. Straight in and out, perfect.
The cyles are very llong (2.5 hrs) & Mrs. S is not too happy with how dry things come out. Often we have to run again with a higher dry setting. So I am not sure if this will turn out to be as energy efficient as it claims.
It is quiet, easy to empty the door reservoir and filter.

"We got this tumble dryer as a replacement for our old condenser dryer. The reviews we read said it was noisy but irs only a little noisy for the first few uses then its not so bad. The water collection in the door is brilliant as you can literally see it fill up and when it needs emptying. Also, plus point for the heat pump dryers vs traditional condenser dryers is that there is no bottom heat exchanger to clean ( the big metal thing at the bottom), there is just a foam filter that needs de-fluffing like the one inside the door well and cleaning occassionally. Also, point to note is that the first few loads you dry take longer than normal, but after that its not really that much longer than our old condenser. All in all, happy with the purchase and looking forward to the electricity we will be saving."

"It's OK. Not as quick as the vented old one but does a decent dry.
The controls are a bit sensitive and the lower filter is a fiddle to get to
