"Looks really nice, well made good quality. Good drum capacity for washing and drying. Mostly quiet, you dont hear it when drying, when spinning you can hear it but not overly loud and clothes come out just damp from a spin. Good functions once you get used to it, such as the care dose system dispsenses the detergent and softner automatically according to the weight of the load and the cycle selected. Clothes come out smelling lovely and fresh and very clean, good at removing stains from clothes you thought were a lost cause! The wizard app is handy as you can see how long is left of the cycle and what the machine is doing. Also gives you notifications for low detergent and for cleaning and there are lots of washing and drying cycles that are not accessible via the control panel on the machine, such as wash & dry in 59 mins suitable for a few light items of clothing. There are also cycles for specific items such as dressing gowns, coats, bags and cuddly toys. The drying functions are excellent with a range of options, including low heat, high heat, refresh and also timed drying like a tumble dryer. You can also unlock the door quite quickly after cycle end and clothing isn't too hot to the touch.
It does take a bit of getting used to using the touch screen panel and especially connecting to the app but overall we are very impressed with this machine, glad we chose this one after doing our research."

"I brought this item last week have and been using it l, love the quick wash programmes and the fact I can use my WiFi. The app is great as it tells you details on when it needs cleaning or pause the washer and much more. Another great thing is I can fill up the dispenser draw and it automatically takes what it needs. "

"Nice big washing machine. Does a proper drying cycle, unlike a previous washer dryer I had. Great to have link to app. Can start the cycle from the app which is much easier than finding the right icons on the machine. "

"This is by far best washer dryer I have ever owned . Rolls Royce of washing machines. Great delivery service . Guys had to deliver to very awkward address in heavy rain and the team was amazing. Could not recommend AO highly enough. Thank you."
