"I've been living with this machine since February and it's driving me mad! I was first attracted to the AXi range because of its impressive 10gk wash capacity and the 6kn drying load as well as the Wi-fi connectivity and the very impressive 1600 spin as well as the sleek looking interface, all of which persuaded me to choose to opt for it over other models. The problems started as soon as I turned the machine on. The front panel is white, which is backlit with white LEDs which makes it near impossible to read and see what wash you are selecting... and that leads me to the next issue, actually manually selecting a program, complicated is a total understatement! I'm no idiot when it comes to tech (I'm usually the person friends & family call on for tech help), but this machine is frustrating, my suggestion is to download and use the app on your phone/tablet, it's MUCH easier. Once you actually manage to successfully select a wash you then have to convince the machine that the door IS actually closed. It will go through an endless cycle of displaying "remote not connected, please close the door" this is also accompanied with the door lock clicking and trying to engage.... 20 minutes later it's locked and the wash can start. I have to say that the machine is lovely and quiet during the wash and the auto detergent and conditioner function is a great feature and it the wash quality is excellent. The spin cycle can sometimes be very loud and even though it's totally level it still wants to jump around quite a bit.
Overall, nice wash, great looking machine but not very nice to live with or use :-("

"I’ve had this washer dryer for a week now. I haven’t used many of the functions as the All in one 59, 44 minute wash does the trick. It’s big so fits loads in which is great. Ive had to adjust the feet numerous times as it’s not quite balanced and “walks” when spinning but that is trial and error. It’s fairly quiet (in a utility room so not that noticeable). Very happy so far. "

"Put quite simply the electronic display is very difficult to see in any light other than night time. You’ll find yourself using your hand to shade the display in order to work out what it is you’re doing - that in itself is difficult, the buttons are not entirely intuitive and it takes some understanding or reading the manual to get exactly what it is you want. Also, nowhere in the manual or online does it say it’s not 5G WiFi compatible even though you are presented with the option to connect to a 5G WiFi signal. It needs to be 2.4Ghz
Plus side, hooked it up to Alexa and the phone app which is WAY easier to use than the actually machine. Like the title suggests, the cycles are great and very efficient."

"Machine is much noisier than I expected and glad its not in the kitchen also find it overly complicated and machine keeps doing things I don't want it to! I'm hoping I get used to it but right now wishing I'd chosen a different machine. "
