"Auto dose does not work at all, my clothes were stiff as cardboard and didn’t smell of anything. The app crashes and it’s just so awkward to figure out.
The washing powder compartment is tiny too. Thanks to AO I am getting a replacement next week. "

"Only had a couple of weeks so far and have only used it for washing but already a bit annoyed by the programmes. There's a handful available on the machine itself, but loads more on the app. However the app is a bit frustrating (often doesn't connect) so it'd be better if all programmes were available on the machine as well. Also, if you have to pause to put something in after it's started, it's a faff "

"Absolute garbage, arrived broken. Auto dose feature didn't work and turning it off just stops it using softener full stop. Cant fault AO though, they arranged a replacement within 2 days, and refunded the difference as I changed it for one without auto dose. "

"As above, instruction manual not very clear. So far so good though. Saw it cheaper elsewhere after which is a shame but overall satisfied with the purchase. Won't do 1600 rpm for every wash, has max rpm settings per wash and same for temperature ."

"Had this machine 5 months. Cant get the wifi program to work, clothes don't really smell clean when they come out, just wet - like its not taking enough liquid from the dispenser.
Recently has been shaking the whole house when spinning. Just had an engineer visit this morning and the motor has gone! Expected more from the brand and for the money. Avoid!"
