"Delivery was spot on great communication and good service.
I chose to plumb the machine in myself and had it setup and connected to wi fi within 20 mins the app is fairly straight forward but I found the manual settings easier to use maybe it'll take time to get used to it.
The first complete wash went through although it took 5 hrs more or less then the problem ??
Perhaps it was damaged in transit but there were no signs of this at all on the packaging or machine itself but at the end of the day the machine produced an error code E07 !!!!
Looking this up on the internet suggests
1; A Motor fault
2; A Door mechanism fault
I contacted AO and Hoover and I'm awaiting a replacement model which I'm hoping will be trouble free.
It seems to be a very well made product.
It is very quiet and washes and dries clothes extremely well the options are great and the auto dose system is brilliant
Let's hope my replacement is trouble free"
