"Our washing machine broke down whilst on lockdown. My wife went full into meltdown mode. I searched on AO.com and within 5 mins I found an ideal replacement. 4 dapys later it arrived. Panic over and it works like a dream, thanks guys."
"The service was first class, arrived when they said they would.
The product in general seemed fairly cheaply made, the front panels both dented when trying to install,push into and underbench,flimsy front panel.
Unit was leveled and travel washers removed as per installation guide, unit is noisy on spin and takes forever to dry clothes, would not recommend this product."

"I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO DO 2 SMALL TESTER WASHES ON DIFFERENT PROGRAMS AND 1 TUMBLE DRY ON THE CUPBOARD DRY CYCLE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS, BEFORE THE DRUM STARTED SQUEALING AND SOUNDING LIKE A LOUD SIREN. THE WASHER IS ON A SOLID LEVEL SURFACE AND HAD ITS LEVELS CHECKED WITH A SPIRIT LEVEL BEFORE USE,BUT THE AMOUNT OF VIBRATION MOVED IT ACROSS THE FLOOR. HAVING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ENGINEERS VISIT. FOR A NEW MACHINE ON ITS FIRST DAY OF USE IS NOT A GOOD START AND I AM NOW BACK TO HAND WASHING!.
AS FOR THE PROGRAMS I CAN ONLY COMMENT ON THE ONES THAT I USED, I FOUND THE WASH AND DRYING CYCLE TIMES NOT BAD AS THE MACHINE RECALCULATED THESE, THE TUMBLE DRIED ITEMS WERE PERFECTLY DRY ON REMOVAL. I PERSONALLY WOULDN'T SAY THAT THIS IS A QUITE MACHINE THE NOISE LEVELS ON THESES PROGRAMS ARE A LOT LOUDER THAN MY PREVIOUS MACHINE EVEN THOUGH THE DECIBELS ARE STATED AS BEING LESS. "
"Really pleased with this product. It has a variety of programs including a ‘quick wash’. The drum size is perfectly adequate for a family of four. The instructions were not entirely clear at first but the settings on the front on the machine are straight forward. The delivery service was excellent ."

"I found it really easy to install and I’ve not had any problems with the programs. I wasn’t expecting much from the dryer but having used it a couple of times now I’m really impressed, they come out dry, not had to hang them up to finish drying. Overall really happy with it."
