"I have used the washer dryer for a week. Am finding that the clothes come out dryer than my old machine even without using the dryer facility. Works well from washer to dryer and you can put the clothes away. The instructions for fitting the machine are not clear to advise that you need to take the travel bolts out, so used it with them in and it spun out of control. Had to look it up, now works beautifully. The instructions for using the machine are not good but you can work it out and we become creatures of habit and will end up using favourites cycles anyway. Much neater and not as deep as my old machine. "

"I found this easy to use straight away and it’s been in pretty much constant use since I got it. Great range of washes including the much needed quick wash. You can also tailor the existing programmes by altering the temperature and spin speed. I doubt I will ever use the app but don’t feel I’m missing out on anything. "

"Had the machine for about a week or a now and on the whole it's been very good. Certainly has helped clear the backlog.
Washing;
It washes very quickly and reasonably quietly. Some good programs to pick from and more available on the app.
Bad points, it takes a few washes to get rid of the "plasticy new smell but only a couple.
Drying:
Not as good as a standalone dryer but still does a good enough job. Worst case you may have to hang it out for a few minutes to let the last bit of moisture evaporate.
My only two complaints are
1. The smell. For the first wells worth of drying there is a strong burning plastic smell. It does go away eventually but it's a bit off putting.
2. The app is not available on Apple products and also even on some android phones it's doesn't work. It's not ideal as it does offer a lot more options for washes and settings.
That being said I had high hopes of controlling the machine with my phone wherever I was. This is not the case. You have to be right next to the machine and touch your phone to the NFC logo to transfer a selected program. Pointless. Completely pointless.
