"I can’t fault the washer part of the machine - that works fine and there’s a million settings to wash pretty much everything.
The dryer part however sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. There are 3 different drying options which I’ve tried and sometimes the clothes come out bone dry and sometimes they come out still slightly damp. This could be my fault for loading to much in or selecting the wrong setting - but it’s certainly not as effective as a separate drying machine. "

"My partner was excited and looking forward to the delivery of are new hoover washer dryer. Having spent the last 6 months Having to nurse and bribe our old machine into actually washing the clothes .
On delivery we were impressed with the machine, with it's all singing all dancing one touch feature and intelligent spin cycles bla bla bla . But 2 days later we were still only able to wash the clothes on it's basic setting, due to Hoover's rather vague and basic instruction manual. Me and my parnter staring at the instructions as if in another language. So we turned to what we all turn to for help, YouTube.
Scrolling and watching video after video in a hope of how to set up the one touch and dry the clothes at 1hour 20 minutes instead of 3 hours, or even how to change the quick wash speed from 14 minutes to 30. After 3 frustrating days having had my home page on YouTube taken over for self help videos of hoover products I gave in and rang hoover begging them for help. 2 days later he arrive and had to explain how to use the machine like telling a child how to fasten there show lances. But in the end we understood it and now we love the machine.
So in short(to late). Great machine but terrible instructions."

"Detergent drawer doesn't come out very far can be awkward getting products in. I tend to wash everything on one cycle and the spin is quite low so clothes are still quite wet . The drying cycles are quite good compared to other washer dryers I have had."

"After 10 years of a washing machine with only 4 settings this product is a dream come true for me! The programs are perfect for me and so easy to use. The all in one function is brilliant as the washing time is short and really cleans the clothes l set it to auto dry the clothes and they came out perfect. Just one tip is to keep to the recommended load size or there will be creases ??"

"The wash cycles are a little confusing to work out. I tested a short wash with some tea towels and wasn't happy they were clean so had to wash some again.
Some of the washes which take small loads are longer than the "all in one" 59 mins for the 8 kg - which makes no sense. I'm sure it's about getting used to it. So if \i want to wash mixed on a long wash not sure what to do?
The dryer is annoying - whilst it is very efficient - it's too efficient. It dries really well on the ironing setting - too dry. Some things are a bit shrunken already. I'd like it to be able to half-dry some clothes and set the time myself which you can't do unless you cancel part way. There are warnings not to do this.
I tried to get some creases having over dried my sheets using the steam function - it sort of worked.
I'm dreading the increase in my electricity bills. "
