"Washer dryer is great but it does have a few issues. Firstly, the standard cotton wash is very long and secondly, dryer has limited timings. Other than those issues; it washes great and I love the extra big load size it can cope with. "

"The wash comes out brilliantly, hence 4 stars. However very noisy when on tumble, so I would want to run at night in a semi. I also find the smart touch feature superfluous and a bit annoying.
Ultimately though, the clothes come out great and that's what we wanted! "

"I was replacing an older washer dryer where you set the drying time rather than the machine working it out for you. I would set towels/cotton loads to dry for 1 hour 30 and that was fine so I was a little surprised at how long the drying times are on this machine.
I'll point out a few things I would've found useful to know before purchasing.
- Washing/dry time seems excessively long. For my first wash I picked the 'cottons' cycle. I put a normal amount of clothing in (the drum was maybe 3/4 full) and it took 3.5 hours to wash them, then wanted to take 4.5 hours to dry them. I was amazed at the ridiculously long length of time so I stopped the drying cycle after 2 hours and the clothes were bone dry, so much so that they had started to have creases set in them and some of the motifs on my daughters pants had melted. By that time the machine had calculated it wanted another 3 hours and 8 minutes of drying time. I had chosen the 'cupboard dry' setting.
- A load of 5 towels on the 59 minute daily wash was calculated at 3 hours and 20 minutes to dry. It usually takes less than half of this.
- The ability to be able to change temperatures, mix and match settings, change spin speed and pick different levels of drying is really useful but I would find it more useful to be able to set the length of drying time you want rather than the machine computing it all.
- The buttons to select things aren't push buttons, but they aren't quite touch sensitive either. I find it a bit difficult as I have arthritis in my hands and I seem to need to put a fair bit of pressure on.
- The display is really good and clear.
- The time left on wash/dry when the machine is computing it can change. So you can think 'great, only 5 minutes left of the wash', come back in 5 minutes and it's changed to 40 mins left.
- If you're doing a wash and dry cycle all in one it doesn't tell you the overall time remaining of the whole cycle. The time remaining is just for the wash part and then it only works out the dry part when that is done which is a little annoying for not being able to forward plan when it might be done.
- The Wireless aspect of it is something I haven't been able to try out as we don't have android phones. The App is available on the Appstore so I assumed maybe they had updated it and I would be able to use it on my iphone but the App is just the manual. It's a shame as it would be useful.
- Even though the drum capacity is 9kg for washing and 6kg for drying this is only on the ridiculously long 'cotton' wash. If you want to use a rapid wash or other special programs the capacity is greatly reduced down to 2 or 3kg in some cases.
- The machine looks really good, a quick read through the manual is all that's needed to work the basics out and it's a decent all rounder with just a few niggles that don't personally suit me but might not bother other people.
As usual AO delivery was quick and efficient with no hassle whatsoever."
