"Big disappointment that the OneTouch feature doesn't work - the app is not user friendly at all and won't add my machine. Detergent tray doesn't come out as far as the machine it replaced - am always spilling liquid everywhere. Machine looks good and love the large capacity drum and fast wash settings. Clothes smell great and look clean."
"Just after ordering our machine I received a courtesy call to confirm the delivery date and to let me know what to expect on the day ... the gent was polite, bubbly and informative. I thought that was a great touch.
The machine was delivered within the time frame stated and works a dream. We are a family of 3 with the youngest being a toddler so the machine has been continuously running since it arrived.
The spin is a bit noisy but otherwise there are no complaints from us. I would certainly recommend the machine and AO site to a friend. "
