"After buying this for my daughter the first one broke, the bottom part falling off the top into the drawer beneath. AO replaced it for the same thing to happen again even though at the time my daughter had been on holiday and the replacement hob wasn’t even used!"
"Really good hob and functions well. However a big drawback is the complication in operating the controls, which are touch sensitive. The instructions are written in poorly translated English and Hoover help-line couldn't help me. If you are OK with electronics then you probably won't have a problem - but if elderly or not so sharp I suggest getting a hob with conventional operating knobs."

"Looks nice and very easy to use. Heats up quickly and responds well. The timer is very useful but the beep is very quiet when signalling the end of the cooking time."

"Only used it once. Couldn't put the heat down so had to turn it off. Except for this it works fine and I'm sure I was doing something wrong, rather than it being a faulty product. "
