"The cooker is very good but it would be even better if there was a choice of which side the oven door opens. I cannot open mine wide enough to remove the shelves."

"In my view this cooker is a poor build quality with some quite serious cost cut backs such as a very thin oven wire tray that can't even support an empty baking tray without bending and therefore putting the user at risk of burns or other injury. Also, not providing a grill handle with the grill is I think a bad thing too, a bit like providing a saucepan without a handle. This cooker I rate two stars, one for being a smooth running cooker so far, and the other star for the overall appearance of the cooker which is quite nice."
