"The delivery was spot on and the product itself is brilliant. Very low profile, with cast iron panes covering the whole of the cooking surface. The feel of the knobs is of very high quality, with a slight resistance to them, both when turning and pushing. The gas cut-off safety feature is great and we feel a bit safer with this unit. I also love the way the hobs are arranged as to maximise cooking space. It looks and feels like a quality item.
The electrical lead comes without a UK plug, just the wire, which in fact was better for me as I already had the existing wiring from the previous cooker and I just joined both wires with a junction box. The foamy seal provided feels very thin and narrow, however once laid you can see that it's just enough. For the gas, the unit comes already fitted with a male 1/2 elbow inlet, and an adaptor to convert to a 1/2 male with a taper thread.
I installed it myself and the installation was straight forward, just left it ready for the plumber to connect the gas supply. Top product."
