"I was very happy with the service. The oven is great and fits a standard slot. It’s very quiet and cools very well.
My only complaint would be that the files would be better having a notch in them to click when setting heat. "

"Too many options for ordinary use, too many icons around the dials too choose from, you have to look up the best way to cook anything. I tried to do bun loaves before I tried to cook Xmas cake, thankfully, as they came out a mess. The icons are small around the knobs, and unless in good light are hard to see, and you have to be careful as on the so called ordinary top oven if you turn the temperature up to much the grill element comes on and burns the top of cake or whatever you have in oven. I am really sorry I picked this model, might be better with less options so be careful in choosing "
