"I’ve had this oven for 6 months now and I regret it completely. There are a number of issues with this oven.
1. The oven shelves are not flat but dished, which means the gap between two shelves is small when trying to remove food. I can’t understand why they are not made flat.
2. The shelf rails do not use the full height of the oven. There is a pointless gap, so often you can’t use the oven how you want because you can put a shelf in the gap. Again WHY?
3. The interior of this oven in narrower than others I have had so much of my kitchenware didn’t fit and I had to buy new kitchenware.
4. The oven shelves are not as deep as the oven so they can slide quite far into the oven. Not fun when you now have to reach a long way into a hot oven to remove something.
5. The built in timer is not the first option but the third. Highly frustrating as this must be the most used option so why is it harder to access.
6. The grill in the smaller oven is not very effective. It even struggles to cook cheese on toast.
7. The cleaning feature is useless.
For comparison my previous oven was a 20+ year old Newhome so I was expecting a huge improvement and instead I’ve got something which feels like the engineers patted themselves on the back for being clever but completely forgot that this thing has to be used.
Save your money and buy something else. This will drive you mad after a few months. "

"Installed a week ago and so far very pleased. Cooked a roast dinner in the fan oven and it was great. Have not used top conventional oven yet but used grill and it was very good.
Have partial eyesight and found the temperature control knobs easy to read. V. Good easy to follow instruction booklet with lots of tips on where to place different foods.
Hope my cakes turn out as well as the roast!!

"This replace a 14 year old zanussi. I figured the last one lasted over 10 years so I'd stick with the same this time. I've not been disappointed.
This oven is so quiet compared to the older model. Heats quickly enough and is def an improvement.
The one negative is that the timer / buzzer is very quiet but that is no deal breaker."
