"We received the hob on Tuesday and had it installed by a gas engineer today. Only two of the burners worked and the others did not, the engineer got one to ignite, but it literally burnt as a wood fire wood, the flame looked more at home on a campsite rather than a gas hob. The other burner did at one point have a flame, but it was not right.At one point the flame flared and scared the living daylights out of the engineer and me. He turned the gas off for safety.
He rang up AEG, and they have said they will send a engineer out on Monday. So we are spending the weekend, maybe longer without a hob. So at this poin I am extremely disappointed and having looked forward to the new equipment currently wished we had not bothered!"
