"Our previous induction job cracked (for no apparent reason - nothing fell on it) and we got this product as a replacement after reading the reviews.
I can confirm it is as good as other people say! It’s very responsive and quiet! Didn’t realise our previous one was so noisy until we got this and it’s super quiet. When the P function is active, water gets boiled very quickly. To the point we now have a hob kettle instead of an electric one.
The only thing I’m not too keen on is when the timer stops, it makes a lot of noise for a long time unless you touch the button to cancel the noise. It’s a minor issue and to be honest I’m quite happy to live with that because everything else is so good ??
If you’re in doubt on whether to get this hob, I’d say go for it!"

"Absolutely loving it! Having put up with faulty, glitchy, picky Bosch induction hobs for years, we opted for a Ceramic hob which was a big mistake but found this AEG Induction Hob on AO, and it really is true dream to use. None of the fuss and noise the others made, with blinking lights and beeping beepers every time a drop of water touches the surface. This AEG hob is mild mannered and a pleasure to own. It looks good, behaves itself and works exactly as it should. There isn't anything to dislike about it. Absolutely no regrets about buying this hob, just wish we'd done it years ago. "

"Replaced an old solid plate hob for this induction. Easy to fit, had to enlarge the hole but fitted using existing wires as cables are not supplied. To get things to fry or boil need to be over ten setting which has a low hum but not annoying. Still warm even after warning light goes out but will not burn. After some getting used to, I'm very pleased with this product. Comes with 2 year warranty."
