"From the moment we ordered on line, the communication has been excellent. They were out of stock when we first ordered a dishwasher but they notified us when it came back into stock, we ordered it again but again it went out of stock quickly. They notified us yet again when it came back into stock and we successfully ordered. Not only that but it had gone up in price by at least £50 but they honored without asking the original order price which was very helpful as we are both pensioners. It arrived quickly and the men were brilliant. An excellent company which we will use again. By the way the dishwasher is very very good. "
"Great product, we love the cutlery space at the top & that we can put the dishwasher on a timer to start later if we're out. The dishwasher is quiet which is also a bonus. "

"Not had a Samsung dishwasher before but very pleased with it. The cutlery tray takes a bit of getting used to though. The top rack is adjustable which is useful for extra large items. Quick wash 30 minutes is very handy and you can also wash the top rack or bottom rack separately."
