"So pleased with this gorgeous looking cooker. But it doesn't only look good it works well too. The wok burner is a great plus, but all the burners seem more powerful than my old gas cooker. As well as the easy control of the burners it has two ovens and a powerful grill. More than I really needed but the fan oven is amazing for baking and proving dough. I've yet to use the slow cooker option but I can't wait. "

"Love the style of this cooker, the fan oven is brilliant and the grill is so much more efficient than my old gas one. The cast iron pan supports are robust, the four gas burners are in three different sizes, ideal for my needs. My first cakes have turned out just right. "

"My last stoves cooker was a double gas oven and hob. The both of the ovens had a full glass panel, easy to check on what was cooking. The new cooker doesn’t have the glass panel, which is shame. The larger oven had a glass panel but you can’t see what is cooking on the top shelf the panel isn’t very large. There is a gap between the hob rings and the knobs where food is getting stuck in there. I’ve had to use a cocktail stick to pick the food out. The handles on both of the oven doors are angled, again food is falling into the crack and it’s hard to get out. It’s taken over a week to burn off the new oven smell and it does stink!! Have no complaints regarding cooking in the ovens, I’m just used to gas and these ovens are electric but I will get used to them. I was disappointed with the wok ring, the booklet says you can only use a wok on this ring and no other pans. I’ve lost a cooking ring which isn’t practical when I cook a roast dinner, only being able to cook the veg on 3 rings instead of 4 ????"

"Having spent a considerable time looking for a new cooker I finally settled on the Richmond. I did my research, read all the reviews but having been unable to see one in the flesh I still had my doubts. I took the plunge, ordered this beauty and awaited its arrival and installation. If you are dithering like I was....well don't. It's a wonderful solid build, it's a pure delight to use and it bakes like a dream. Everything I've cooked so far has turned out perfectly. The ovens heat evenly, the grill option on the top oven is brilliant, just right for crumpets or finishing off a cheese omlette to perfection. I can't praise this cooker enough. The gas hob is easy to control and the solid metal lid wipes clean so easily. What's not to love! The enamal finish on the rest of the cooker makes cleaning easy and I love the telescopic shelves in the oven so they can't fall out as happened with a previous oven when checking a turkey! Overall I couldn't be happier with my wonderful cooker. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. "
