"I bought a curved telly, and it really is curved. What will they come up with next? Quite handy because out telly sits in the corner and we would have had to get a smaller 42" otherwise. My only gripe is the sound isnt that great, but im going to buy a sound bar, that and the samsung user guide and screen functions are not is intuitive as they could be...... "

"Went looking for a smart tv for the wife, quite a few out there and some a little pricey, didn’t think I could afford a curved tv then came across the Samsung 4j ultra and thought wow that looks nice the reviews were brill the wife liked it so job done, and it’s great still learning about all the things it can do but , the picture , the sound, the looks all great, but disappointed it can’t make tea."

"I purchased the tv for the guest room (ok for the X- Box).
The tv was really easy to set up; both to the internet and TV channels. The Tv stand takes less than 5 minutes to screw to the tv but is stable enough. The picture quaintly is really good with clean crisp and sharp with no lagging. The apps are good and easy to use - just a shame its not android based - but if you have a Samsung phone its really easy to mirror your phone screen.
I use a separate sound system for so cannot really comment on the sound. I would recommend this TV to any one looking for a cheap quality TV whether for a spare room or main tv.

"Needed a bit of setting up with the Iplayer, Netflix, Amazon, network and sound bar but that is to be expected with any smart tv, we also adjusted some settings to get the picture to our liking. Once you get it right you cannot fault it, excellent picture and much faster loading streamed services than our previous tv. Watching Thailand on Iplayer and I feel I could be there.
My tip is don't use the auto motion that seems to cause judder, just leave it off, it works better without it, it's a compromise between clear frames and slightly blurred motion which is preferable to the eye. I just don't think that kind of technology is ready yet and certainly not in this price range.
A great tv for the price and has the popular services ready for you in the installed apps, which makes it even better value. The sound is not bad as a stand alone, I have a sound bar already so of course will be using that and I do think its a worthwhile addition to any tv these days.
Being a curved model I am not sure about, I think it does add to the depth of the picture once you set it up right, however it is not that curved that anyone would notice, its slightly curved and therefore has slightly more depth than a flat screen, so is it worth it? I think that is personal choice, but I would still choose it over the flat version.
I am more than happy with this model for the price paid.
