"Absolutely no problems whatsoever! Ordering was easy and choice of delivery slot very useful. App tracked delivery down to the nearest half hour. TV was easily set up, just had to plug in cables, and it did it all on its own! The picture is fantastic and smart services work well. Will defo order again from AO. Thanks all. "

"Very impressed with this model (upgrading from a 10 year old 32 inch set). I had to tweak the picture settings a bit, turning off the weird motion blur all new sets have, but once you do that the picture is very good. The TV is quite thin and sleek as well. I haven't noticed many adverts as others have mentioned but I did decline some of the tracking options during the initial set up, so don't just rush through that. The sound is also acceptable for medium sized room I feel, although could obviously benefit from a sound bar. Overall I think it's very good for this price point."
