"Set up was very straightforward and took no more than five minutes. Easy to connect to the internet to use the pre-installed apps like now tv and Netflix. Picture and sound quality a lot better than my previous model that was around the same price. "

" After a simple set up we have enjoyed a faultless picture with ,most importantly for Mum, a great sound without a sound bar or tweaking.

"Was a bit worried about the size of it at first, I've never owned an enormous telly before. Took about a week to get used to it, and once I'd watched a few shows and films on it (netflix and rakuten in particular are very good for content) I've come around to really liking it. The on-screen menus are really easy to use and move around and again the screen is simply incredible. Watch BBC's planet earth 2 on it for ten minutes, it's mind blowing the detail. The in built speakers are fine but really this needs to be connected to an external sound source to get the best from it. A room filling screen kinda demands room filling sound.
Construction is somewhat budget, but fine for the price. Also once it's set up you never need look at the back again. These TV's are all about the screen and they haven't cut any corners in that department."

"Need an upgrade after having an older Philips TV around 10 years.
Full of excellent features. Went for an LG as I heard their Web OS was the best, and I have to say it's easy to use and looks great!
The only issue I've had is with the screen. There was a small black line at the top of the panel. AO are exchanging it, promptly."

"Delivery was excellent both men very helpfull ,packaged well not too much waste ,delivery men unpacked and took away rubbish for a small fee ,this is a great idea as you can check that no damage to product.T V very light great picture takes a while to get colour balance it shows very yellow at first ,only negative when asked to tune instructions should say to press home then it does it for you, we tried for a hour to auto tune and went out to buy a lead we did not need .We will allways look at ao.com to buy are electrical goods from now on thank you"

"Nice looking modern TV. Nice and easy to navigate the streaming services, with freeview play.
The only problem is the set up. If you are not technically minded do not purchase this item. All apps will not update even though the TV tells you it needs to update. This I find is a common problem with some LG tvs. To fix this you have to connect to a WiFi hot-spot ( your phones mobile Internet). Also in setup don't give your post code until app problem is solved.
Other than that great TV ( so far). "
