"I have only used this once due to the nice weather but Im impressed how quiet it is and whilst has a number of options its still easy to use."
"Takes absolutely ages to dry clothes that are never really dry. Liked the idea of saving money and energy, but realistically you use more time and effort waiting for it. I can just about dry 1 load of towels a day. Definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately now need to purchase a new one. "

"Decent drier, the first heat pump type we've owned. It does run a little slower than our previous condenser type but I understand this is offset by lower running costs so no real complaints there. Clothes come out feeling dry & fresh.
Only very minor caveat is the plethora of drying options on the dial (there are lots!) which I personally think is a little overkill when all you want to do is dry your clothes.
Overall would recommend though."

"Took an age to work out how to fit the hinges and they are weak and flexible. Being in integrated heat pump there is a lot of condensation build up on water pipes and on the integrated door. Not bad at drying and clothes feel softer but unfortunately the other things let it down. Definitely not worth the high cost of the product."
