"It's very hard to find integrated tumble dryers. I had an old vented one but couldn't find another vented one so I bought this one and I love it.
The drum is large, it's quiet when running and the clothes come out perfectly dry.
The position of the water tank in the door is very good and easy to empty. It's not the cheapest dryer on the market but in my opinion it's worth spending a bit more to get a reliable make like Candy. "

"We needed a new integrated tumble dryer for our kitchen as the bearing had failed on our old vented tumble dryer. Ideally I would have bought another vented machine, but this Candy was the only integrated tumble dryer available at the time. I read the less-than-brilliant reviews, but faced with a choice of one, I went ahead and got this.
The big problem is that no matter which setting we use, the laundry comes out a bit damp and we have to air it - even for the cupboard dry and hottest / driest setting. We have a small & busy house and this is really impractical for us. It is also making the atmosphere in the kitchen humid; one of the family is asthmatic and this is affecting the asthma.
The idea of a heat pump is great - if we had space for a free-standing Bosch or the money for a Miele, then according to Which? it works well.
But not this Candy - it was a lot of money to get a less well performing machine than the previous one.

"We bought this machine in 2018 for our new kitchen as we wanted an integrated one and can’t have vented. It replaced a condenser dryer that cost us less than £100 and was an absolute star, but as this was such an expensive machine, we thought we would be even more impressed with this performance . . . Oh how wrong could we be. The machine arrived and it was EXTREMELY noisy when on, the engineer came out and said the drum was damaged and ordered us a replacement machine. This came and didn’t dry clothes, just made them smell absolutely disgusting, like mouldy wet dog. Another engineer came, and said this was a common problem and replaced a part. This didn’t work, and he came again, and ordered a replacement machine for us . . . That’s right, we’re on machine number 3 . . . This one, after only 12 months is exactly the same, doesn’t actually dry anything, just causes your newly washed clothes to stink to high heaven. Nearly £500 spent and I don’t even use it, I just hang clothes either outside or on a clothes horse inside . . . Brilliant! I may as well have set fire to £500, at least that would have provided some temporary light and heat. Never been more disappointed and angry with a purchase. Do NOT waste your money"

"The service and delivery from AOL was fantastic. The dryer performs brilliantly, we were worried because we've never had a heat pump dryer before but it dried a usual load of clothes without any issues. The dryer is quiet enough and fits nicely into our integrated kitchen. Very pleased with our purchase"
