"The delivery and delivery driver were excellent. However fitting the drier was an absolute nightmare. We thought that replacing one integrated drier with another would be pretty straight forward, but this was not the case. The instructions were very poor even for a good DIYer. The complete installation took best part of 6 hours before we were reasonably happy with it. Having said that the drier is working well. It takes longer to dry items but is definitely using less electricity and the clothes come out lovely and soft with no creases. Apart from the fitting really happy with purchase and will certainly use AO for future purchases."

"Sadly my product developed a fault the day it arrived. However, i have to praise ao for their faultless customer service in this area. I was very stressed and they assisted all the way, putting me through to Candy, staying on the line whilst i spoke to them. Then sorting a replacement. Amazing service and staff "
