"So far only used it 4 times each with a different programs and each time clothes are still damp. I knew it would takes a lot longer but disappointed that clothes are not dry at the end."

"My kitchen has finally come we installed the dryer yesterday my vent is not working and not sure why tried to read the instruction but nothing about the vent so is my tumble dryer faulty "
