"Quite disappointed to be honest I have replaced a hotpoint vented tumble dryer with your heat pump dryer at more than twice the price for the clothes to take over 3 hours to dry. Tried different programmes give me my hotpoint back."

"I've always had a condenser dryer and when I decided I wanted a integrated one there only a few to choose from this was making me feel really stressed because almost all reviews I read about heat pump dryers seemed really negative and I just wasn't sure about it
I spent days searching fir the right integrated dryer for me
I was even at one point thinking of not bothering with a integrated one because everything I was reading I just wasn't sure the heat pump was for me
Anyhow after searching for days I decided to purchase the dryer that had the most positive feedback and ordered the candy
What can I say, I am so pleased with it and I am so glad that I did order it because honestly not sure why peiple comment on how long it takes to dry there isn't much of a difference to my oos condenser dryer
The water feature that's in the door is fab it's pretty quite too I hardly hear it running
And the best thing I know it's a lot cheaper on my energy bills
All I can say is if you are looking to purchase a integrated dryer and u just aren't sure if heat pump is for you, it really is you won't be disappointed

"This was easy to install due to the good fitting instructions. It has replaced an old vented dryer which served well for the last 14 years. I was concerned that this dryer would put a lot of condensation into the room but surprisingly it has not. The condensation water collector is easy to empty and the filters are easily accessible. the controls are easy to use and are intuitive so it's hard to get wrong. I haven't tried to use the smart touch through the phone yet but I'm sure it will be straightforward to use.

"Worse tumble dryer I have ever bought and would definitely not recommend this to anyone else. I've always used vented dryers and ok they may not be the best energy rated products but I have a busy household and need towels, jeans etc to dry in approx. 2 hours, not 6+ hours. I read the reviews and thought the majority must be correct and gave the dryer the benefit of the doubt to start with, once you take clothes out that feel a little damp still, they are actually dry to a certain extent within the next 5 minutes but I've had this for 5 months now and it seems to be getting worse. Stay clear at all costs!"
