"I spent I long time researching which brand and heat pump product to go for, ultimately was restricted by depth and this offered what i needed (less depth!). I've only used a couple of the programmes so far (cottons and bulk - for sheets and towels), but i've been pleased with the results. The cycles never last as long as they predict. I love that you can choose how dry you want the items to get and the ease of removing the water.

"This dryer by Samsung has surprised me. I was sceptical that the extra money spent on the machine wouldn't be worth it and that the drying times would be equivalent to that of a less expensive dryer. I was wrong. A full load of towels dried in just over an hour which compared to our old machine is a quarter of the time. Plus we are saving money on the electric bill with the dryer having the heat pump technology. All in all a great machine and worth the money."

"Only used this tumble dryer for a week, although it does take longer to dry I have found it to be efficient, and the musical sound at the end of the cycle letting you know it’s finished allows you to remove and fold clothes without creasing. "

"The title may come across as heavy, but it’s not! My wife has done without a dryer for many years now, using a clothes line, radiator clothes horse etc! All well and fine at the time!
My wife ended up in hospital with a brain haemorrhage & Stroke unfortunately, and traveling back & forth to hospital everyday was tiring, our house looked like a laundry shop, so I decided I needed help!
Did some internet research, & decided on the “Heat pump” technology, this Samsung model is so easy to use, and the results are excellent every time, as long as you don’t overload it like I did the first time! Bearing in mind is never operated one ever!
I couldn’t do with out it now, so would I recommend it, Oh yes I would without question! My dear wife would be proud of me now ! "

"This is my first dryer. Researched a great deal into it. Love it so far.The dryer completion times have always been lower than what the screen tells me. e.g. a full towel load was originally a little under 3 hours. Actual completion time was 1 hour. I did have to add another 20 minutes after the fact as the towels were still a little damp. It's not yet plumbed in but will do that later. Not all dryers gave me this functionality."
