Samsung’s Heat Pump dryer certainly looks good, it is
meeting all my expectations on performance so far and
my smart meter tells me it’s economical.Pleased with my purchase.

"Very pleased so far. Good choice of cycles, like the reversible door and the option to plumb condensate, thus avoiding having to empty the water container. Also nice to have the app, so you get notified at cycle's end and can then remove items to minimise wrinkling. Definitely a little slower to dry than non-heat pump dryers, but worth it for the savings in energy. Would recommend."
