"Our original machine decided to throw a tantrum and stop working on a Sunday morning. At that point some scouting the net for new machines was done. Decided to purchase the Samsung machine and so glad I did. It’s solidly built, quiet when running (even when spinning) and has some great features. the WiFi side is good although my only criticism is the fact the washing machine turns off once it’s finished. This means you can’t then access it to do something else unless you are near it to be able to turn it back on. I haven’t done any research on this though so I may have overlooked something. There are loads of different cycles to choose from the add to the wash function is excellent if you’ve forgotten something. Plumber in by myself in about 5 minutes and up and running within 10 minutes. Would recommend a Samsung machine to anyone and already looking at other Samsung white goods. "

"Such a good upgrade from our old model. Love the fact you can control from your phone.
Downside I would say once it completed, it’s turns off so you can put extra drying on or anything if you want to control away from the house. Once off, you cannot do anything"

"I was prepared to really love this washer dryer. BUT there are a couple of poorly designed features that leave this severely lacking. The fluff filter... there is a tiny and very short hose to empty the water in it, but its not long enough to clear the washing machine and too low to get a bowl under it. So cleaning the filter involves a lot of frustration, and a soaking floor. Very badly designed. Cycles are perfectly effective. However if you lean up against the washing machine to get to the cupboard above or something, and brush against the on button it turns the whole washing machine off, leaving you part way through the cycle and the only option is to restart the cycle again from the beginning. Which, if it was mid cycle through drying involves cooling down before you can get anywhere. Its such a shame as the washer dryer was so good on paper with extended warranty and all the extras, but this is just a let down. "

"It's a great machine does what he says the only problem is I can't connect to Wi-Fi on my phone phone it's not easy I've tried several times it will not connect to the phone"
