"The machine looks great and apparently the washed clothes come out in much better condition than our last washing machine. It is also much quieter. The app is very handy and we even get notifications on our Samsung TV when the washing machine is finished."

"This really is one of the best. To compare it, our last washer/dryer was also top of the range, and it was brilliant 8+ years ago when we brought it. We probably would of kept it bar a fault that given the age, was not really worth the cost to repair. So after looking at a number if factors we chose to go with this model, and since it turned up, we have not looked back since! The build quality is what you come to expect from Samsung, and the performance is second to none. It's super quiet, even at full spin you hardly notice it. Performance wise this will wash and dry an average load perfectly in anywhere between 1:30 - 2:00hrs, the latter if your including big towels. For a washer/dryer this does both tasks incredibly well! All of the additional features are a bonus, the Add Door is really useful, and the smartphone app is good too. To confirm, the Add Door does lock if you have children around, and can only be opened if the cycles paused. I've not needed to use the BubbleSoak option yet, as it just washes so well with the QuickDrive drum, but it does sound cool :) So in my opinion you can't go wrong with this one, especially if you expect to be constantly washing / drying !"

"We bought this machine after our old Hoover washer dryer machine broke (only a year old). We had a Samsung washing machine a few years ago and we've finally got a Samsung washer dryer and I can honestly say it's a relief going back to Samsung. It's quicker, quieter, it looks modern, clothes smell fresher and there's 10 year warranty on the quick drive motor. We would definitely recommend this washer dryer. Wi-Fi connection is a bonus."

"I ought this machine on 27th December 2018. It is excellent washing machine. I wasn't sure if it was a right machine for a family of four. This machine wash clothes better than my previous hotpoint machine and much quicker. Dryer works well but took 3 hours to dry clothes. Clothes were perfectly dry but when I checked after 2 and half hour machine was hot like an oven. I have to contact Samsung to see if it normal. The results are excellent and worth of every penny.
For washing I would definitely recommend it and dryer takes a lot of time. "

"Looks fab in place of an older machine. Add wash door is genuinely useful. The cycle times are much shorter than our old machine, wash quality is excellent and it’s quiet as washers go. The WiFi function is useful to know when it’s finished but IMO it’s not good for much else. Drying finctuon is typical of a washer drier, not that fast and nowhere near as good as a cheap dedicated drier but if needs must it does the job. Seriously good washer though, you’ll not be disappointed! Long guarantee too"

"Firstly the overall look and quality of the machine looks is fantastic. It is extremely easy to use and gives great results.
Using a daily wash we have found that our clothes come out clean and smelling great and we have a 4 year old and 9 month old so it certainly tests the washing machine! The best thing is that the daily wash we use only takes 40 minutes to wash so it’s extremely efficient compared to our last washing machine. It also allows you to change the rinse time which is a very handy feature. The machine has all the wash types you need, cottons, synthetic, daily wash, wool and dedicates so is perfect.
The dryer- this is the first one we have ever had so have nothing to compare it to but I have to say I’ve very impressed with it. As long as you make sure you don’t overload it the clothes come out dry.
Overall I would highly recommend getting this machine as although it’s abit more expensive when you get it you will certainly not be disappointed. "
